Accommodation
Our three self-catering properties are comfortable, self-contained and a perfect base to explore Suffolk.
The Summerhouse
The Summerhouse was converted in 2012 and sleeps 4 in double and twin rooms either side of a family bathroom and separate cloakroom. The open-plan living area has plenty of room to cook, watch tv and eat together as well as a sofa-bed for unexpected guests! It is well-equipped for longer stays with washer/dryer and underfloor heating. A patio and enclosed garden catch the evening sun.

The Old Dairy
The Old Dairy, our latest conversion (ensuite double room/family room), is gloriously multi-functional! Wheelchair width doorways and walk-in wet room tick many boxes for accessibility, whilst the family room with small double and single adjustable beds have proved popular with old and young! It also features an open-plan living space (Kitchen, dining and reclining) looks onto a patio and an enclosed garden.

The Parlour
The Parlour, adjacent to The Old Dairy but separate, is a twin bed studio with kitchenette, shower room and small private garden. This can be booked in conjunction with the Old Dairy or on its own. Popular with concert-goers and tired hikers.

On the farm
Some folks like to chill on holiday, some like to keep busy! We cater for both:
Busy kids can play ping pong, snooker or table footie in the Old Barn. Bounce on the trampoline or feed the animals outside. Energetic parents can light the firepit, fire up the barbeque, escape on the electric bikes or with the metal detectors.
Chilling is even easier! The cottages have good Wi-Fi, television and private gardens. New this year is a secret Shepherd’s Hut available to hire. Don’t worry! We won’t tell the kids where you’ve gone!
